Can I customize my service?

Yes, no problem. Call us at 204-779-3600 and we will be happy to assist you in booking your customized home cleaning routine.

How many people will you send to clean my house?
We send two maids to clean your home, and on occasion we may send a third depending on the demands of the day.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes! Signature Cleaning Services is bonded and insured. In addition, all employees are covered by The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba. We never subcontract our home cleaning services. Each Team member is a trusted and vetted Signature Cleaning Services employee.
What if I am not happy with the service?
If you are unhappy with your home cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we will send a team back to fix it at no additional charge. We may also send out our Field Supervisor to oversee so we can fully understand your needs and determine a plan of action for future visits.
Do I have to be home?
Your presence is not required for your house cleaning service, however, you can stay home if you want to. That’s totally fine. Our Teams are flexible and can work around your needs. As long as we have instructions for access and are able to secure your home on exit, you are free to go about your day.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. You do not have to supply your team with anything. We bring everything we need to successfully clean your home.
How do we arrange entry?

Signature Cleaning Services offers a secure key service in the event that there is not a keyless entry option.

Do you shampoo carpets?
No, we do not offer carpet shampooing at this time.
